organization can take when considering a Voice Response Unit. You
can do your research and find the best equipment in the industry. Have a few meetings,
talk to your developer on the phone once or twice and get your application "rolled

the phone and then lock it in the closet and let it do its job.
After all, you bought the best equipment on the market, and now
it should just run, right? |
