Large System Development

• Large systems are generally those that require 24 telephone ports or greater. These systems are designed so that they can be grown to hundreds of ports by distribution over multiple servers. All facilities are administered and controlled from central point. These systems can be covered by nation wide technical support, seven days a week, 24 hours per day.
• System prices, including custom application development, start at $65,000.

Periphonics Application Development

• If you currently have a Periphonics system, Christell & Associates can help you with new application development as well as additions or changes to current applications. We offer:
  • Quick Turnaround Time (Generally 3-5 weeks)

  Periphonics System Administration

• Do you have a Periphonics IVR installed at your company? Are you performing the required system administration on a monthly basis, or has the person originally trained for the duty moved on to other things. We can take over the duties of system administrator including examination of error logs, analysis of system metrics and cleaning out unnecessary disk files. Results of the maintenance, plus early warnings of potential system problems, will be e-mailed to you each month.
• Annual System Administration contracts start at $1,500
